Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and repair systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues
• Assist smoothly process during Live Trading Session
• Monitor internal app system to ensure the smoothly operation, no technical issues
• Manage Database Investors List of ZeeCash Trading App.
• Pointing on Map & Overlay Images
• Assist Branch Manager on Presentation for Live Trading Session.
• Provide technical assistance with computer systems, hardware and software include installing, configuring, and updating hardware & software, fixing any issue related to the equipment that may have a daily basis
• Resolve issues via phone, in person, or electronically
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Other task assigned
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• At least 1 year working experience in IT support
• Be able to communicate in English and Chinese is a plus
• High level of proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting, commitment, independence, flexible, and good communication skills
• Team player with a high level of professionalism, strong communications skills and ability to fit in a team environment
